Phil has experience working with a variety of ensembles ranging from Big-Bands to Saxophone Quartets. He thrives of mentoring ensembles and aims to get the best out of every musician in the group within a fun, controlled yet exciting atmosphere, key to the developmental process!  Equipped and trained to conduct/direct an ensemble Phil can help improve balance, dynamics & articulation as well as interaction. Some of the ensembles Phil is comfortable working with are:
