What do I look for in the artists I manage?

Artistic quality - Your music has to be top-notch. From creative idea to implementation. I’m happy to work with you to improve the delivery of your work, but you have to be able to demonstrate and communicate your talent.

Authenticity is integral to the artists I work with. Your music has to be honest and true to how you are as a human. If you aren’t true to yourself, how can you be true to others?

Passion - Succeeding in the industry takes a lot of passion, enthusiasm and drive. There are great times ahead, but things can also be tough and you need to have an overwhelming amount of love for what you do to be able to take the good with the bad.

Openness is key. I’m a creative specialist and not all of my suggestions will be ‘the norm’. I need the artists I work with to be open to my suggestions, knowing that I have their best interest at heart.

Work-ethic - Things might look like they happen overnight, but they don’t. Opportunities and relationships take a lot of cultivating and this can take time. Keeping on top of a growing career requires a lot of energy and dedication, so I need the artists I work with to bring a hard-working mentality to the table
